We have the confidence that we are protected from outages and we can have a problem resolved quickly. If the problem cannot be solved remotely, then we have a technician onsite within the day.
We have never worked with another IT service. Prior to Cloud 1 Solutions we would use internal IT and try to self solve. This proved to be slow and filled with best effort solutions they may not have been the best approach.
